1. Wire drawing, the main components of the power cord are copper core or aluminum core, and an insulating layer. 4. Insulation is actually covering the outer layer of the power cord with a layer of insulator. The insulation layer of a good power cord is also very particular, and it is also one of the criteria for evaluating whether the wire is of high quality, so the seemingly simple process actually took a lot of people's effort.

5. The formation of power cords is a relatively important process. For multi-core power cords, in order to ensure the formability and reduce the shape of the power cord, it is generally necessary to twist them into a circular shape. The mechanism of twisting is similar to that of conductor twisting, because the twisting pitch is larger, and most of them adopt the method of no back-twisting. Technical requirements for cabling: First, the twisting of the cable is caused by the twisting of the insulated wire core; the second is to prevent the insulating layer from being scratched.

7. The power line armor is laid on the underground power line, and a certain positive pressure effect can be accepted in the task, and the inner steel tape armor structure can be selected. The power cord is laid in a place with both positive pressure effect and tension effect (such as water, vertical shaft, or soil with large drop).

8. The handling of the protective sleeve is an important step because this step is directly related to the safety of the power cord. In many cases, the protective sleeve of the power cord must have many properties before it can be used, in order to prevent the damage of the protective layer from causing leakage, thus To cause safety problems, the protective layer of the general wire can be moisture-proof, waterproof, flame-retardant and so on.
