Introduction of the low smoke halogen-free power cord

 

Low-smoke halogen-free power cord refers to the compound made of halogen-free (F, Cl, Br, I, At), lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury, and other environmental substances that will not emit toxic fumes (such as hydrogen halide, Environmentally friendly power cables for carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, etc.).

● Among them, the halogen pointer is: the value of all halogens is less than or equal to 50PPM (according to the regulation PREN 14582)

● The content of hydrogen halide gas produced after combustion is less than 100PPM (according to regulations EN5067-2-1)

● The PH value of the hydrogen halide gas dissolved in water after combustion is ≧4.3 (weak acid) (according to the regulation EN-50267-2-2)

● After the product is burned in an airtight container, its transmittance is ≧60% through a beam of light (according to the regulation EN-50268-2)

● Pb<90PPM, Cd, Cr6+, Hg, PBBs, and PBDEs are all less than 5PPM

Usage:

Low-smoke halogen-free power cables have excellent flame retardant properties, little smoke when burning, and no corrosive gases escape. They are widely used in nuclear power plants, subway stations, telephone exchanges, computer control centers, high-rise buildings, hotels, radio and television stations, Important military facilities, oil platforms, etc., as well as places with concentrated personnel and low air density.

 

LSZH power cable features:

(1) The tensile strength is greater than that of general PVC wires: the tensile strength of general PVC wires is greater than 1.05Kgf/mm2, while the tensile strength of low-smoke halogen-free power cables is greater than 1.2Kgf/mm2;

(2) Good weather resistance (-30℃~105℃);

(3) It has good softness (hardness is 80-90);

(4) It has non-migration (because no plasticizer is added in the formula of this product, so there is no migration);

(5) No toxic black smoke will be produced when burning (a small amount of white smoke will be produced);

(6) High volume resistivity: PVC wires are generally 1012~1015Ω/cm3, and low-smoke halogen-free power cables are greater than 1016Ω/cm3;

(7) It has good high voltage resistance characteristics: PVC wires are generally resistant to more than 10KV, while low-smoke halogen-free power cables are as high as 15KV or more;

(8) Has good elasticity and stickiness.

3. Low-smoke halogen-free wire formula added materials:

(1) Linear PE and elastic PE are used as the main resins, and three kinds of metal oxides containing crystal water are used as flame retardant materials: they lose crystal water at 200℃, 300℃, and 300℃ respectively.
