3 Environmental requirements

3.1 Environmental protection requirements Flexible cables, plugs, components, and packaging materials should meet environmental protection requirements and the requirements of the two EU directives 2002/95/EC to restrict the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment, and at the same time meet the special requirements of customers.

3.1.1 Limits of six prohibited hazardous substances in RoHS:

Cadmium (Cd) and its compounds ≦ 100 mg/kg

Lead (Pb) and its compounds ≦ 1000 mg/kg

Hexavalent chromium (Cr6+) and its compounds ≦ 1000 mg/kg

Mercury (Hg) and its compounds ≦ 1000 mg/kg

Polybrominated biphenyl (PBBS) ≦ 1000 mg/kg

Polybrominated diphenyl ether (PBDEs) ≦ 1000 mg/kg

Limits for lead and its compounds in copper alloy materials ≦ 40 000 mg/kg

3.1.2 Testing method: The quality control department will verify the supplier's RoHS report for the PVC raw materials and components required for the production of products, or submit it to the testing center for inspection of hazardous substances, and issue a testing report to the environmental quality assurance department as a The basis for judging whether the manufactured products are RoHS qualified or not. For packaging and other auxiliary materials, the quality control department will verify the supplier's RoHS report and confirm its compliance.

4 Technical requirements and test methods

4.1 Basic parameters and dimensions The basic parameters and dimensions of the plug shall comply with the regulations in Figures 1 to 3. Whether it is qualified or not, it should be measured with a measuring tool that meets the measurement accuracy. The plug of the certificate must be connected with a flexible cable with the certification mark and has the corresponding certification mark. The length of the flexible cable is according to the order requirements. Compliance is checked by observation and measurement.

4.5 The plug of the power-on test plug and the flexible cable should be connected, and there should be no following faults:

1) The disconnection of the safety lead;

2) Interchange of phase wire, neutral wire, and safety lead;

3) Short circuit between phase line, neutral line, and safety lead

Whether it is qualified or not, use a power cord plug comprehensive tester to measure whether each pole is open, short-circuited, or interchanged.

4.6 The marking plug shall have the following fixed markings:

1) Model;

2) "Cloud Ring" registered trademark;

3) Rated current; A

4) Rated voltage; V AC symbol ~.

5) Certification mark;

The logo shall be durable and legible. Compliance is checked by visual inspection of the power cord. After 15s with a cloth soaked in water by hand, then with a cloth soaked in gasoline for 15s, whether it is qualified or not, it is checked by visual inspection; the logo of concave-convex pressing can be exempted from the durable sassafras test.
